Frederik Blachetta is a Partner and Managing Director within the Public Sector practice of Strategy&. Based in Berlin, he leads the European Core Government team and PwC Germany’s GovTech initiative. He advises federal and state ministries, agencies as well as technology companies on matters around digitization, transformation and policy development. Recent engagements include critical dependency reviews of governments to IT providers as well as strategies to jointly realize digital innovation and sovereignty.
